Alyssa Pagan is a senior project and program management consultant with extensive experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives across client facing and cross functional environments.
Her experience includes enterprise SaaS implementations, systems integrations, PMO governance, project recovery, UAT and deployment readiness, executive stakeholder management and Go Live delivery.
Throughout her career, Alyssa has led initiatives requiring coordination across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership - bringing structure, accountability, and visibility to complex programs.
She founded AM Consultant Group to provide organizations and consulting partners with experienced delivery leadership when critical initiatives require additional expertise, capacity, or execution support.
